BEST PRACTICES Proper documentation and filling of the RS forms. Timely testing of RS samples upon arrival and validation. Samples collection at the HTS room, instead of client moving to the lab then again moving back to the CCC for ART linkage. Printing of the VL results when they are back and sending them to the spokes. 8
CHALLENGES C urrently ther e is no functional ODK. Spokes sending incomplete RSLRF. Stock out of commodities e.g. PPT tubes. ODK server sometimes fails. Inadequate files at the RTRI Lab. 9
WAY FORWARD On time supply and delivery of commodities. HTS providers to be sensitized enough on how to fill RSLRF. Installation of ODK on new desktop. All HTS providers to be enlightened on importance of sending HTS monthly summary to RTRI. 10
