Tiles flooring specification Laying of Vitrified tile flooring of approved make, shade, and pattern laid with 2mm PVC spacer on average 40mm thick cement mortar 1:6 (cement & dust) and cement slurry layer @ 3.0 kg / sqm , etc. The rate shall include surface preparation, removing minor dead cement mortar, laying of tiles on cement motar and grouting the flooring tile joints of 2 mm width, using epoxy grout mix filler of approved shade of dubond / equivalent make, curing, tools & tackles, lead & lift, shifting of material from store to work location, cleaning, etc., complete with necessary level and slope as per drawing or as directed by Engineer In charge. Laying of Vitrified tile skirting - 100 mm height of approved make, shade, and pattern with 2mm thick joint laid on average 10 to 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with dust mixed and cement slurry layer @ 3.0 kg/ sqm , Rate shall include surface preparation, removing minor dead cement mortar & concrete, laying tile skirting on cement mortar and grouting the flooring tile joints of 2 mm width, using epoxy grout mix filler of desired shade of dubond / equivalent make, curing, tools & tackles, lead & lift, shifting of material from store to work location, cleaning, etc., complete with necessary level and slope as per drawing or as directed by Engineer In charge.
