INTRODUCTION Buddhism is one of the the world’s popular religion. It originated in India in 563 - 483 BCE Siddharth Gautama, and over the next Millenia, it spread across Asia and the rest of the world. Buddhists believe that human life is a cycle of suffering and rebirth. Siddharth Gautam was the first person to reach the state of enlightenment
Buddhists did not believe in any kind of duty or god. Siddharth was an Indian Prince in the fifth century BCE, who upon seeing poor people dying realized that human life is full of sufferings. Left his wealth and spend time as a poor beggar, meditating and travelling but ultimately, remained unsatisfied. Eventually, in states of deep meditation he achieved and line mint or Nirvana, underneath the bodhi trees (the tree of awakening).
