02 NUZULUL QURAN Islamic Department KLIS Primary Nuzulul Quran means “The Descent of The Quran” Nuzulul Quran happened in Ramadhan, it is when Alquran or kalaamullah descend to the world for the first time Alquran is revealed gradually to Rasulullah Muhammad SAW in 24 years (Ibu Abbas, HR Ath Thabari) the night of that time is called Lailatul-Qadr
03 LAILATUL QADR Is the name of one night in Ramadhan when Quran descend to the world. During that time, the whole world is peaceful and full of Allah blessings. (Al Qadr:1) (Al Baqarah: 185) 01 02 The time when Lailatul Qadr will happen is not revealed specifically by Allah or Rasulullah, the only clue we had is that it will happen in one of the odd nights in the last 10 days of Ramadhan (21, 23, 25, 27, or 29) (HR Bukhari & Muslim) Lailatul Qadr holds significant value as Allah promised us that the reward of every good deed conducted during that time will be considered the same as if it had been done for 1000 months or more. 04 EIDUL FITR Islamic Department KLIS Primary Eidul Fitr means the return to fitrah (original disposition). It is celebrated on the first day of Shawwal, the month following Ramadhan Eidul Fitri marked the end of Ramadhan, and all the obligations we must exclusively do in it such as fasting ( Shiyam ) and Zakaatul Fitr We must give Zakaatul Fitr before the start of Eidul Fitr prayer We must not fast during the day of Eidul Fitr as it is forbidden
05 CONCLUSION Nuzulul Quran, Lailatul Qadr, and Eidul Fitr are three interconnected events that hold profound spiritual significance in Islam. Ramadhan, As one of the holy months, is limited in time, we must utilize it effectively by doing our obligations and other good deeds as much and as perfect as possible. All for the sake of obtaining Allah’s blessings and forgiveness. May Allah gives us opportunity, strength, willingness, and His mercy so we can perform as good as possible during Ramadhan.
