4. Introduction: The core Objective of our project is to Develop a Exam Application in the form of user-friendly Web Application. This Application will empower users to Login and Examinee Supervisors the examination, this application is take marketing automatically. If the students of a Query about their result or Questions they ask the faulty. This Application used to generate results online, by just adding Questions and answers. this online exam application user can login and have access to adding courses, question and can approve the faulty. 5. Existing system: Most institutions, whether educational or not, need an examination system to rigorously test and evaluate their student's and trainee's outcomes. The existing system at most places is manual but some places have an online system. A manual system includes manual entry of the details of persons for their registration. It is sometime difficult for students to reach the exam Center when they live far. A manual system always requires to prepare registration forms, question papers and to print a lot of papers manually Calculating how many students are registered and verifying details of all these students manually is very difficult. This manual activity takes quite a lot of time and money and it requires manpower as well Another factor that should be taken into account, is the possibility of error, which needs verification and checking of data. In each examination, we have destroyed many trees. After the examination, instructor reviews results. Without online examination, it would be very difficult to do these tasks . 6. Proposed system: The modern computerized system is designed to overcome with the drawbacks of existing system. This new system has got many advantages than the old manual one. People can register and take exams very easily from different places. It is more personalized and developed in a way that all the users can understand all the available options in it without any difficulty. Important matters are not always locked and it is accessible easily at the time of urgency. Standard level of security has been maintained in this system and important data has been kept more secured. It is easy to understand, more user friendly and any quick entries or modification can be done in this system whenever needed. It does not need a dedicated Administrator. Sandip polytechnic, Nashik

7. Modulus uses:- ADMIN: Administrator is the main of system, and the operation authority of system is the highest. That is to say, administrator can add, modify, and delete target users after entering into system, which could make sure that the examinees and teachers can login system accurately with the corresponding role and related operation. Additionally, administrator can also manage the examination and resources, achieve uploading file and announcement, which is convenient to share resource TEACHER : In order to ensure the correctness of the information, the teacher can view personal information and change the password after login system, and then arranges the relevant examination. Teachers download the correct paper template in the system, then edit and upload the examination paper. In order to ensure that the test is normal, teachers need to choose the right subjects, start time, test time and other information; When examinees take the test, then teachers can check the answer of all students taking exams after submittal, and marking, give corresponding score by looking at the examinee answers. STUDENT: The system users include administrators, examinees and teachers. The system sets different permissions and operation interface for users with different roles; the users enter into the different interface, and have different operation according to different permissions . The different roles users of system are shown in figure 1. System's ultimate goal is providing online examination service for examinees; therefore, the examinee is the core of the system. After examinees enter into the system through the correct login information, their own information could be viewed and the password could be modified. The examinee can view the test information, which includes exam subjects, exam time, whether it can take the exam, etc.

Conclusion: The Online examination system is based on Web and uses B/S model, which realizes the user login, the examinee take online examination, automatic marking and teacher reviews online and so on. The verification code function of login the system increases the safety of the system; what’s more, the additional features include uploading resources, announcement and other related operation. The system is relatively simple to operate, and has a good interface. But due to the limited time reasons, the system is added the completion and the realization of the automatic grading of short questions function remains to be further improved.
