Problem statement Challenges in the Automotive Industry in Nepal: People in Nepal encounter significant obstacles in car maintenance and repair. Traditional methods of managing garages are inefficient and lack a streamlined structure. Issues with Traditional Garage Management: The current state of garage management in Nepal is not efficient. Lack of a structured approach hinders the effectiveness of traditional methods . Lack of transparency between customers and workers.

Objectives of the project Develop a User-Friendly Website: Create a website that is easy for both car owners and service providers to navigate. Simplify Car Repairs: Streamline the process of finding and understanding car repair services. Improve Communication: Establish a standardized communication system between car owners and service providers. Optimize Industry Efficiency: Contribute to a smoother and faster operation of the car repair industry in Nepal.

Modern waterfall model Waterfall model is usually a step-by-step, one-phase-after-another approach. Modern Adaptation: It has been updated to be more flexible and adaptable to today's project environments. Sequential Steps: It follows a step-by-step structure, but with added flexibility i.e. we can go back to previous steps. Flexibility Incorporated: Unlike the strict traditional model, it now includes the ability to adjust and respond to changes during the project. Feedback Loops: Introduces feedback loops to allow for continuous improvement and adjustments .

Features of GMS Admin Module: The admin should have the ability to view and manage customer information. A secure login system is implemented for admin access to the management system. The system allow the admin to finalize and confirm service appointments.

Features of GMS User Module: Users are able to register and log in securely to access the system. The system provide users with the capability to request and schedule service appointments. Users have the option to cancel or modify their service appointments for flexibility.

Features of GMS Vehicle Management: The system supports the addition, modification, and deletion of vehicle records. Users and admin are able to view the status and history of vehicle repairs or services.
