Introduction : MARMOR MARMOR – Michelin Access Management Right Management is an application which is used for Systems Access Management @ Michelin. MARMOR enables all users to raise Online Requests for accessing specific business applications such as Oracle ERP, BI. MARMOR process : 3 Simple steps : Log-In , Select role , Submit Request for Approval In MARMOR, employee data is synchronized automatically from Chorus Application ( Employee Database maintained by SP Team) on daily basis. In MARMOR, new Michelin Employee gets access automatically upon his / her registration in CHORUS by SP Team.

How to raise request for getting access of Oracle i- Expense - Step 1 Access of Oracle i- Expense is required by an employee for submitting expense claims for re-imbursement . Step:1 – Login MARMOR Application Use URL: https://marmor.michelin.com User Name - Employee G- ID (For example: G200647) Password - System Password (Same password which is used by employee for log-in to Michelin Network )

How to raise request for getting access of Oracle i- Expense – Step 2 Contd /- Select Category and application > ERP Oracle V12 and ERP ORACLE V12 ACJ (Asia Africa Australia ).

How to raise request for getting access of Oracle i- Expense - Step 2 Contd /- To search requisite role, you may write ‘508’ (for MIPL) or ‘583’ (for MITC) in Search field and press “Search” Button. Under Results, Review the roles and select an appropriate Role :

How to raise request for getting access of Oracle i- Expense , Step 3 Scroll up the form to Press Next Button Step 3: Submit Request for Approval Cart Details Page is displayed. You may optionally add an expiration date and a justification, and click on submit.

How to raise request for getting access of Oracle i- Expense , Step 3 Contd /- ) On submitting your request, In case you see an Error Message as displayed below, please follow the steps mentioned below. A pop up is displayed, copy the link and paste it in a new tab. Then open the excel file and follow the steps . Fill the excel form only green highlighted fields, select the columns Attributes and Values (A3:B8) and copy/paste them in the justification field of MARMOR request. Then click on Submit.

How to raise request for getting access of Oracle i- Expense , Step 3 Contd /- ) After Submitting your request, You may note the Approver (Your manager name) to whom notification has been sent by system for approval of this request. MARMOR also sends an e-mail notification to your manager for taking next action on your request. Mail ID for MARMOR is [email protected] Please note that «  Withdraw Request Button may be used to withdraw an un- approved request , if submitted wrongly .

How to approve MARMOR requests Log-in to MARMOR Application using URL: https:// marmor.michelin.com . Use G-Id and Michelin Network password as credentials. (Slide 4 and 5) On MARMOR Home page, select block “Pending Approvals”. Under this section, you may select the notifications pending for your action. Select any notification by a simple click .

How to approve MARMOR requests ) Upon selecting any open notification, system displays the details like User Name and Role Requested as shown below. You make take appropriate action such as Approve/Reject or Close. Simple click on these button initiates required action.
