6. 6 Job case: Provision of Production Supervisors for Maersk Oil in Aktau Provided qualified and experienced Sr Facilities/Process Engineers: Responsible for Surface Facilities (from well head upwards) evaluation of oil & gas business opportunities, Dunga II phase development, $1 Bln Performed technical analysis and recommended best option (technically & economically) for Surface Facilities Design and FDP Project consisted of selecting Surface Facilities Design strategy and concept capable of handling production from 170 newly drilled wells with peak production rate of 40,000 boepd Also Facilities development plan for long term waterflooding plan with around 140 injector wells in future Mentoring local engineers in the use of Surface Facilities Design and optimization tools such as Hysys and PipeSim 6

7. 7 For Maersk Oil: Results achieved in 6 months: Provided Technical Analysis Report for the management on best options for Surface Facilities Design and recommendation for cost savings on the project up to 15% Sensitivity analysis of future production rate and waterflood management requirements on Surface Facilities Design options Studies for development plans allowed the start of new construction projects in the field Supported implementation of new procedures for Pilot Production Facilities leading to maximize well fluid handling capacity by elimination of system bottlenecks, approximately 3-5% immediate production growth Mentored from 6 to 10 local engineers for the use of Facilities Design and Optimization tools 7

9. 9 Job case: Provision of On-The-Job Coaches/Supervisors for OMV/ Petrom Aktau Russian speaking suitably qualified and experienced training personnel was provided, as follows: Production/Process, Mechanical & Maintenance and Electrical/Instrumentation. The main job functions for OJT Supervisor were: To conduct workplace based skill assessments, set relevant tasks, coach and mentor the field supervisors and operators at operational sites in order to ensure they acquire the necessary skills and competencies to operate the plant safely and efficiently, and to successfully undertake the necessary assessments set out within the dedicated Competence Management System (CMS) Development of a dedicated Competence Management System (CMS) 9

10. 10 For OMV/ Petrom Results achieved: Development of Competency Management & Assessment System specific to the client’s operations; Development of Site specific Safety Critical Tasks and identified Skills Gaps; Delivering bespoke training programs as well as required individual coaching at well site to fill the identified skills gaps; According to the recent assessment results overall Competency level of the client’s field personnel increased from the initial 10-30% to 70-75%. 10
