Drawbacks of OER Material quality can vary Accessibility not standardized Some resources may have features (captioning, audio versions, etc.); others may not Some resources may be poorly designed (strange layouts) Keeping track of licenses and their differences Time spent to find quality OER & tailor it to a class May not be plentiful for all disciplines or subfields
