9. WHAT IS COMMUNICATION BARRIERS? Communication barriers are any factors that prevent us from effectively exchanging and understanding messages.

18. CULTURAL BARRIER Jill is a Filipino and it is her first time visiting Japan. Upon eating at the restaurant, she gave a tip to one of the servers for a good service. The server got offended.

19. LANGUAGE BARRIER Sam is a Novo Ecijano and she went to Cebu to have a vacation. When she got there, she asked one of the locals about the direction in Tagalog. The local didn’t respond.
