Course Description In this course, you will enhance your ability to communicate scientific and technical research findings through oral presentations. You will acquire fundamental strategies for effectively preparing and delivering presentations in science. Initially, you will gain an understanding of the significance of presentations and the challenges associated with them. Subsequently, you will learn how to create presentations by considering the target audience, purpose, organization, flow, and style. Additionally, you will be introduced to popular delivery techniques and slide design principles. Concluding this section, you will explore methods to enhance your delivery speed, manage stress, improve intonation, and refine pronunciation. By the end of Part One, you will be expected to create and deliver a concise oral presentation of your research interests, lasting between five to ten minutes.
