WHAT IS IDEAL HEALTHY AND EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION WOULD LOOKS LIKE.? Number of writers and practitioners in the field have proposed definitions which although,they differ in detail indicate,a strong consensus of what a healthy operating organization is. An effective organization is one in which;

The total organization ,the significant sub parts,and individuals,manage their works againts goals and plans for achievement of these goals. 2 . Form follows functions (the problems,or tasks,or project,determines how the human resources are organized.

3 . Decisions are made by near the sources of information regardless of where these sources are located on the organization chart. 4 . The reward system is such that managers and supervisors are rewarded(and punished).. 5 .communication is laterally and undistorted.peolpe are generally open and confronting.they share all the relevant facts including feelings.

6 . There is a minimum amount of inappropriate win/lose activuties between individuals and groups. Constant efforts exist at all levels to treat conflict situations,as problem subjects to problem solving method . 7 . There is a high conflict (clash of idea) about tasks and projects,and relatively little energy spent in clashing over interpersonal difficulties because they have been generally worked through .

8 . The organization and its parts see themselves as interacting wuth each other and with a larger enviroment . The organization is an open system. 9 . There is shared value,and mmanagement strategy to support it,of trying to help each person(or unit)in the organization maintains his (or it) integrity and uniqeness in an independent.

10 . The organization and its members operate in an {Action Research} way.general practice is tobuild in feedback mechanism so that individuals and groups can learn from their own experience.

Action research Action model research is a method of systematic enquiry that teachers undertake as researchers of their own practice. The enquiry involved in action research is often visualized as cyclical process. A simple illustrative example: Identify a problem to be studied. Collect data on problem. Organize, analyze, and interpret the data.

The Organization of the future Organization future is based on managerial success and fundamental nature of managerial success is based on change and by increasing competitive advantage. As for better future of organizations managers need new mind set which includes values , flexibility speed and innovation.

1. Quality Quality means degree of satisfaction and there are two types of quality for making products or services more faster. Product Quality: There should be qualitative production by organization. It means there to produce according to the needs of customer full fill there requirements. Process Quality: Organization should be based on qualitative process which will includes proper use organizing , planning , leading and controlling.

2.Innovation Creation of new ideas new methods new techniques new product ways organizations will be based on innovation methods adopting new things according to the changing customers needs and wants.

3.Speed Speed means quick response to words change. It means their should be speedy system in the organization and their should be quick decision making system in the organization or their should be quick response for all the problems according in the organization.
