O.R.S Oral Rehydration Solution Indication Some dehydration Diarrhoea with no dehydration Dosage - 75ml per Kg for 4 hours ( some DH2O) Age ml 0-4mths ( ˂6kg) 200-400 4-12mths ( 6-˂10kg) 400-700 1-2yrs ( 10-˂12kg) 700-900 2-5yrs ( 12-19kg) 900-1400 -No DH2O ˂2yrs- 50-100ml per loose stool ≥2yrs- 100-200ml per loose stool

3. RESOMAL ReSoMal Indications DH2O in S.A.M Dosage No DH2O- same at ORS DH2O- 5ml/kg every 30mins for 2hrs, then 10ml/kg/ hr for 4hrs

4. F-75 F75 (formula 75 milk) Indication Starter formula for mgt of S.A.M with medical complications Dosage 130ml/kg/day

5. F-100 F100 ( formula 100 milk) Indication S.A.M with out complications Dosage 130-200ml/kg/day

6. RUTF & RUSF RUTF & RUSF

7. NORMAL SALINE Normal Saline

8. ARTESUNATE Artesunate

9. ARTEMETHER + LUMEFANTRINE Artemether & Lumefantrine

10. GENTAMICIN Gentamicin

11. CEFTRIAXONE Ceftriaxone
