1. EDGING INSTRUCTIONS
Semi-rimless Met als
For tracing use demo lenses included in the frame

and cut the RXs + 0.3 bigger.
Groove 0.8 deep (not standard).
Groove Met als
For tracing use demo lenses included in the frame

and cut the RXs + 0.2 bigger.
Adjust the size down accordingly,
based on lens material and prescription.
Groove 0.8 deep (not standard).

Wood & c arbon fiber collection
Groove depth 0.8mm
Groove width 0.8mm
Cut eye size 0.05 smaller than the demo lens.
Nylon Collection
Please do not heat up the frame.

Cold-press mounting only
PC lenses
For tracing use demo lenses included in the frame

and cut to original size.
Groove 0.8 deep (not standard).
Trivex lenses
For tracing use demo lenses included in the frame

and cut the RXs to be – 0.20 smaller.
Groove 0.8 deep (not standard).
