Cash Backs On the basis of monthly running schemes , Cashbacks will be given. As for example : Fixed Pricing:- If we fix up a price for a property let say of 2000/- and the rate for the property is 3000/- you will be charged 2000/- only. Bar Pricing:- If we have fix up a price let say of 2000/- but the rate of the property is 1500/- then the company will be charged only 1500/- So if we apply both Fixed & Bar pricing then which ever the price is lowest between Fix & Bar pricing the lowest amount will be charged . Note: Company will have to tell us which all the property they want to apply for Fix & Bar Pricing .
