PADDY THRESHER The thresher is consisting of feeding chute, threshing cylinder, blower, straw outlet and grain outlet. The body is made of high quality steel and sheets to withstand maximum wear and tear. The feeding system is chute type and the power is transmitted from the prime mover to threshing cylinder though belt and pulleys.

Salient features: It can thresh paddy without chopping the straw of the moist crop Low cost and high power threshing machine The straw, chaff, grains are separated and thrown separately thus reducing drudgery. The device is easy to install and maintain. It does not chop the straw and hence we get it in full length.

SUNFLOWER THRESHER It consists of a threshing cylinder, concave, casing fitted with louvers, cleaning system, feeding hopper and frame. The cylinder concave clearance is 40 mm and is uniform throughout its length. The diameter of cylinder is 65 cm and length 150 cm.

The opening of top sieve is 16 mm and of lower sieve 6 mm. Recommended cylinder and blower speeds are 300-350 rpm and 1200-1400 rpm respectively. A tractor or 7.5 hp motor can operate machine. The machine has a capacity of 600-900 kg/h of clean grain. Breakage rate: less than 0.1% Threshing rate: More than 99.9%
