1. Modifying Text & Working with Multiple Pages in Pagemaker By K. Thamizhselvi , Asst. Prof. of Computer Science, Bon Secours College for Women, Thanjavur .

2. STORY EDITOR Story Editor is a word processing program within the page maker. Used to work with a large amount of text. Using story editor we can enter, edit, find and replace and check the spelling of the text.

3. Edit Edit Story Story editor window will open. Type the text you want and click place The text will place in the page maker window where you want.

4. You can check spelling find and change the text in story editor by using utilities menu

5. Formatting Text using Character & paragraph specifications

6. Insert & Remove Pages View  Fit in window Layout  Insert Page (or) Remove Page

7. Creating Table Edit  Insert Object  Create New option button  Adobe Table 3.0 Enter no. of rows and columns you need to create table and press OK. Enter the data and close the Adobe Table 3.0 The Table will enter into the page maker window.

8. MASTER PAGE Master Pages are non-printing pages that serve as a foundation for the entire publication.
