2. Work-Life Balance:
Work life balance is a balance between one’s professional and
personal life. Work is important but so is having a healthy
personal life which most importantly includes family. Being
focused on either one generates stress and anxiety, so a
balance is necessary to avoid unnecessary conflict. For eg:
Working parents need to be equally focused on work as well
as their children. It can be achieved by creating a boundary
between work and family time. Therefore, maintaining work-
life balance helps generate a healthy lifestyle with low levels
of stress.

3. How does technology impacts our lives
and different fields:
Technology has advanced phenomenally over the decade and so
it’s important to learn about the positive and negative effects it
has on our lives. Technology has become a huge part of our life.
It is used in out day to day life, the basic example is phones,
laptops, TV. It has brought people closer to each other through
communications. It is used in banks, healthcare, offices, etc. The
more we use technology the more we are getting dependent on
it. Children nowadays are distracted and more addicted to
phones and therefore not focusing on studies. Therefore,
technology usage can be positive and negative depending upon
an individual.
