4. Performance assessment Evaluation of performance by supervisor and employee himself. Performance assessment by supervisor By self appraisals to know whether the employee have a real understanding of what is expected of them.

5. Performance Review An appraisal meeting should focus on present and future. The present involves the reward system The future involves in discussion of goals and development plans that the employee will be expected to achieve during the period before the next review session.

6. Performance renewal and reconstruction To make adjustments as per requirement. For example to addnew key accountabilities and competencies.
