10. Mechanics; You may use any available tools for creating your output. The output must be in mp4 or video format. Duration of the output must not less than 5 mins but not more than 10 mins. Language to be used may be in English, Cebuano, Filipino, or a combination. Outputs should be downloaded on google drive. Only the link is needed for submission.
