4. PERFORMANCE TASK Career Plan Portfolio

5. GOAL You are to make a portfolio assessing yourself on to what journey you will be pursuing after finishing senior high school.

6. ROLE You will be a writer of your own portfolio indicating career planning and will be the recipient of your own career plan to be used in the future.

7. AUDIENCE Your target audience will be those people who doesn’t have a clear goal to pursue. This is to inspire them about your own career plan and have an idea what steps or process they have to take in order to be successful.

8. Situation As a senior high school student, you may be confused on what career fits your personality and other factors that you may consider. This is the reason why you should have a clear goal with regards to what course you will pursue. You must know what are the things you have to prioritize in order to reach your dreams.

9. Product The product will be a virtual portfolio in which career plan of a students is illustrated and have a better explanation on each part of it.

10. Standard The product will be rated from the given criteria. Creativity ; Promptness; Content; Organization

13. I. Profile A creative profile of yourself (collage, self-portrait, etc.) which includes the following: Name Birthdate Interests Hobbies How do you envision your future self?

Define where you are now Make an inventory of the following: Personal strengths and weaknesses Personal skills and abilities Personality traits and characteristics Self-efficacy and self-confidence Personal factors affecting your career choice External factors affecting your career choice Life Goals Things you are passionate about

15. III. Conduct Consultations Consult your parents about your thoughts on your career plan. Have your parents write a message of response of feedback and let them sign. *If you’re not living with your parents, at least consult your guardian. Talk to one of your teachers to get feedback on what they think about the possible career, course, and school you are considering. Write their feedback and have he/she sign it.

16. IV. Career Statement Make a declaration for yourself that states your career objectives. Make a schedule of activities that leads to the fulfillment of your objectives.
