It is a process of exchanging thoughts, ideas, information, feelings, emotions through speech, signals, writing, behavior. If you can honestly achieve that goal, you are communicating. Communication is simply the act of transferring information from one place to another . Basic elements of communication- a) The Sender, b) The Message , c) The Receiver

Methods of communication One-Way - One way communication flows from a sender to receiver, but nothing goes back in return. E-mail, letter, memo, voice-mail, fax. Two-Way - Two way communication is when one person is the sender and they transmit a message to another person, who is receiver. When the receiver gets the message ,they send back a response. Phone call, Skype. Collaborative Team meetings, consulting, decision making, group problem solving
