CorporationorMunicipalityorCampus,thedistancebetween
thetwoshallnotbemorethan30kms.byroad.
Only one Pharm.Dinstitution can have the MOU with one
hospital.

Pre-requisite mandatory documents to be submitted:
i)ConsentofaffiliationofExaminingAuthority.
ii)MOUwith300beddedhospitalasperprescribed
requirementsunderregulation2)ofAppendix-BofPharm.D
Regulations,2008exceptinNorthEasternStatesandhilly
regionsofIndiawherehospitalwith300bedsstrengtharenot
available,theinstitutionsdesiringtoseekapprovalofPharm.D
coursearepermittedtosignaMemorandumofUnderstanding
withdistrictheadquarterhospitalwithavailablebedstrength.

Security deposit Rs.2.00 crore for PCI for Pharm. D.
The security deposit is not considered in below table as it will be refunded by
PCI after 10 years with 50% interest in 5 years and 50% interest after 10 years.
