landforms.
It is surrounded by water on three sides.
There are five major landforms in India-

Himalayas have many snow covered peaks.
MOUNT EVEREST, the world's highest peak,
is situated here.
There are many manyslow flowing rivers and
Ice Glacier .
This glaciers melt to form rivers like Ganga.

This region ranges are
1. The great Himalayas
2. The lesser Himalayas
3. The outer Himalayas

Forest covers a large part of the Himalayas
trees like Oak, Pine and FIR are found here.

deer are also found .
