pleasure, new
experiences, or to feel
good. While seeking
these feelings is
normal, it's crucial to
remember that using
drugs and drinking
pose several risks.

Families should ideally
be a place of safety
and learning good
relationships, but
unfortunately, not all
family members may
always behave in ways
that make us feel
happy and cared-for.
