8. Implementing Community-Sensitive Construction Measures: Pile Driving Reduction Minimizing Impacts Pile install is required for foundation support of the building. La Terra dedicated time and resources to redesign of the foundation to reduce the required number of piles from 100 to only 3. As a result, the pile driving is reduced to a 2-4 day construction process, while still maintaining the structural stability of the building.
