In kerela 60-65% of toatal coconut product is concerted into milling copra. kangyana in tamil nadu is considerd as the second major market center fot copra coconut oil in the country. Cashew:- USA is the largest importer of cashew kernel. 2 nd important agriculture commodity exported from india . india export 65% of cashew in the world. India is the largest producer and exporter of row cashew nut. India is the largest consumer of cashew karnel . Tea:- 4 tea research institute setup in india are :- Toklai , UPASI ,DTRC ,IHBT. China contributes only 22% of the world production from 44% crop area. Asia accounts for 18.5 % OF THE WORLD tea area with 26.2 % of total world production ( india rank 1 st in production). Amongest india tea Darjling is know for its unique muscatel flavour assam for cup character while Nilgiris have a charecteristic taste flavour .

Assam state is leading producer of tea in india 55%. India is largest producer consumer and exporter of tea in the world. 2 nd important agriculture commodity exported from india . Most of tea garden are located at altiudes ranging from 1000 to 1200m. Coffee:- India rank in coffee production in the world is 6 th .
