DECLAMATION Guidelines and Mechanics POEM RECITATION

Guidelines This competition is open to all pupils from Grades 1-2 who are enrolled in BatangasState University – Integrated School, Grade School Department. The contest piece – “The Best Seed” will be provided to the participants 2 weeks before the contest. 1. This competition is open to all pupils from Kindergarten who are enrolled in Batangas State University – Integrated School, Grade School Department. 2. The contest piece – “SMILE” will be provided to the participants 2 weeks before the contest. 3. There will be an elimination per grade level on September 23, 2024 and only the top 6 pupils per grade level will advance to the final round on September 27, 2024.

Guidelines This competition is open to all pupils from Grades 1-2 who are enrolled in BatangasState University – Integrated School, Grade School Department. The contest piece – “The Best Seed” will be provided to the participants 2 weeks before the contest. 4. All contestants have to be in the designated venue (NIS Room 101) on or before 1:00 in the afternoon 5. Winners will be recognized as Third Placer, Second Placer, and First Placer.

1. Each participant will be given a maximum of 4 minutes and minimum of 2 minutes for their presentation. Every excess of 30 seconds shall receive a one-point deduction. 2. Props (body or hand) are allowed during the contest proper. 3. Only the contestants, judges, and assigned faculty are allowed to stay in the contest venue.

4. Ranking system shall be used in determining the winners. 5. The decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.
