Poster presentation : The poster presentation consists of a visual display of research findings combined with an interactive question Blend of text, pictures, graphs Content Organization Visual appeal

The poster must include Title Names of author(s) and affiliated organization(s) Abstract (brief summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions) Background Information Project Objectives Materials and Methods Results (tables, graphs, charts) Conclusions Discussion of possible future directions or why project is complete

Points to be included in poster R esearch and development F acility design E ngineering H uman resources P rocess development S ales; computers R egulatory compliance M anufacturing E nvironment T echnology.

Non technical aspects of poster presentation : Size (Stick to the prescribed one) Orientation ( Vertical/ Horizontal) and logical order ( left to right & top to bottom) All illustrations and text must be readable from a distance of 3 feet Cut down text ( Too much info to be avoided) Use bullet points & not paragraphs Justify the text A picture is worth a thousand words Academic institution logo If industry sponsored, a written acknowledgement of funding agency
