Common Injuries Sprain when a ligaments is torn (ankle, knee, foot, fingers….) Swelling and bruising are some signs and symptoms. Strain stretching of muscle or mild tearing of muscle( neck, lower back, ….)
Sprain VS. Strain A tendon is a fibrous connective tissue that attaches muscle to bone. A ligament is a fibrous connective tissue attaches bone to bone, and usually serves to hold structures together and keep the stable.
Dislocation when one end of the bone is making up a joint is pulled or pushed out of place.
Heat Exhaustion or Hyperventilation It's a response to losing too much water and salt, usually because of too much sweating. Symptoms are unnaturally fast, deep breathing, dizziness, faintness, trembling. Treatment: If possible, lead the casualty to a quiet place where he may be better able to regain control of his breathing . Let him re-breathe his own exhaled air from a paper bag.
What is Fracture ? Two types of fracture Close (open fracture) The skin id intact and no wound exist anywhere near the fracture site Open (compound fracture) The skin over the fracture has been damage or broken. A broken or cracked bone. Occurs when pressure is applied to bone.

Where First Aid can be applied? First aid can include cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, or scratches; treating a minor burn; applying bandages and dressings; the use of non-prescription medicine; draining blisters; removing debris from the eyes; massage; and drinking fluids to relieve heat stress.
Learning basic first aid techniques can help you cope with an emergency. You may be able to keep a person breathing, reduce their pain or minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until an ambulance arrives. Why is it important to understand and follow the basic of first aid?
What should we remember when giving first Aid? Stay with the injured person, keep them comfortable and don't move them if you suspect an injury to the back or neck. Call for medical help in that case.
