January 16, 2024 – The board voted unanimously to
declare the main structure as significant and recommended
denial of the demolition as requested.
City Council
February 12, 2024 – Council voted to enact the 1

90-day
delay. Demolition delay expires May 12, 2024.
April 29, 2024 - Project required to return to Council for
reconsideration prior to expiration of the current delay.

POLICY ANALYSIS
City Council has authority to:

other person is willing to purchase, preserve, rehabilitate
