2. SUMMARY
Council consideration of a resolution authorizing
WGI Engineering to move forward with the
project at Broadway @ Ogden
If approved, includes all phases through
construction completion

3. BACKGROUND
TBG led Council workshops in August & October 2023 & June
and July 2024 on potential beautification projects, including
improvements in Alamo Heights Pool area and to the
intersection at Broadway & Ogden
Additional Service Request #01 to provide expanded scope
requested by City Council not included in the original
executed agreement for Broadway & Ogden improvements
