We will try to do mechanization as much as possible for quality and speedy completion of the project. We are planning to do the concrete with batching plant to be setup at site premises and we are going to start all buildings parallelly so that required millstone as per the contract will be achieve. We will also accommodate labours at site for easy mobilizations of workforce which will leads to smoother completion of project.

‹#› Construction Methodology Excavation - 421 Cum •Each tower will be excavated with mechanical excavator using pc-71, & earth will be kept in site premises for purpose of backfilling Concreting-1064 Cum •We will install 12-18 cum / hr plant at site premises for uninterrupted supply of concrete. In this method we can maintain quality and speed •Propper vibrator will be used for compaction of concrete • Proper curing will be done using water Shuttering - 8211 Sqm •We will use 12mm plastic coated ply with pinewood, batten for shuttering. cup lock system/ prop will be used for staging purpose, proper shuttering oil will be used for easy de-shuttering & better finish of concrete Reinforcement - 1136 Qntl Reinforcement will be cut & bend mechanically by bar cutting & bending machine which will be installed at site and it will be fixed as per drawing by our workforce and binding will be done by 18 gauge annealed binding wire. proper PVC cover block will be used to maintain proper cover Brick Work - 625 Cum • We will use fly ash brick which will be from our own brick plant located near Bhubaneswar, to maintain proper quality of brick, proper tool & tackles will be used • Proper curing will be done using water
