The group has vast experience in executing multi-crores residential, commercial and industrial civil construction projects. SPDCL has a team of 400+ highly qualified and experienced professionals, handpicked from various leading organizations such as Simplex Infrastructures, Punj Lloyd, HCC, IVRCL, Gammon etc, who are committed to delivering quality, cost effective construction within stipulated time and budgeted cost. Within a short time span, SPDCL has secured and executed several contracts from reputed developers and has/is executed/executing civil construction projects with a total contract value of over Rs 650 crores. The company is fully equipped with its 5 brick manufacturing plants, various kinds of steel shuttering material and construction equipment assisting in execution of quality work as per schedule. We are a professionally managed engineering and construction organization with a proven track record of over 10 years. SPDCL’s cutting edge capabilities primarily covers executing civil construction of large projects on a turn-key basis. Our services extend to large residential, commercial and industrial projects from concept to commissioning. ‹#› SPD CONSTRUCTIONS LTD STRONG DELIVERY CAPABILITY : Satisfactory handover of several projects of varying magnitudes (ranging upto multi-crores) and types (ie – residential buildings, commercial buildings, educational centers, industries and factories) within stipulated time and quality framework. SOUND TECHNICAL SETUP : SPDCL has staff strength of more than 650 employees comprising of technical, financial and HR personnel in managerial grade, safety officer, quality inspectors, technical supervisors, machine operators, accounts / store / measurement executives and site office support staff. The technical team consists of experienced graduate engineers, diploma engineers, machine operators etc drawn from prime construction companies. The technical team is headed by senior professionals with proven track record of over 26 years experience in civil construction work in reputed companies. Most members of the technical team have over 11 years of relevant experience. SOLID INFRASTRUCTURE : Well-versed and equipped with new and modern construction methods such as various kinds of steel shuttering and machinery including brick manufacturing plants, concrete batching plants, concrete pumps, passenger hoists, reversible mixers, backhoe loaders, excavators, tower crane, tractor, DGs, Total Station, bar bending machine, bar cutting machine, welding machine, drilling machine, cube testing machine, digital theodolite, vibrator, grinding machine, etc. Day to day monitoring of all projects are fully automated using appropriate MIS reports through cloud computing accessible to all concerned personnel to ensure that the back-end operations of SPDCL is as solid as its front-end.

‹#› OUR TEAM Mr. Khaitan has over 40 years of experience in the commodity trading. Residing in Singapore for the last 30 years with offices in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and South Africa, he is a knowledge repository in international trade and finance. Mr. Khaitan is also involved in financing projects / machineries and providing short-term capital requirement for corporate houses globally. He is the driving force behind all strategic decisions of SPD. Pawan Khaitan Chairman Saurav Khaitan Managing Director Mr. Saurav has previously worked for Langham Capital, a boutique investment bank, where he was involved in managing several M&A and fund-raising transactions. Prior to joining Langham Capital, he worked for Deloitte, where he was involved in the corporate finance division providing advisory services for buy-side, sell-side, corporate development and capital raising initiatives. Saurav has completed a Bachelor's degree from King's College London and Master degree in Finance from the London School of Economics. He is currently heading the Finance, Legal, HR & Administration departments of the Company.

‹#› OUR TEAM Mr. Chirag Khaitan a graduate from London School of Economics, He spent a year with HSBC to gain expertise in Fund & Risk Management. After his stint at HSBC, Chirag devised his own arbitrage model to exploit the commodities and currencies derivative market and managed a portfolio which delivered absolute return to his clients. Based on Chirag’s vast experiences across various sectors, he is looking after the Company’s Operations and Business Development activities. Chirag Khaitan Executive Director Ambuj Chaturvedi Director Mr. Ambuj is a Civil Engineering graduate from IIEST, Shibpur (Formerly Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur). He brings with him solid experience of more than 25 years of working in different renowned construction companies in India and abroad. His previous roles in construction firms such as BL Kashyap and Sons Ltd, Nagarjuna Construction and Maytas Infra Ltd have equipped him with the necessary skills and technical expertise to oversee the overall operations of the projects assigned to him by the Company. His goal is to ensure that both progress and quality parameters are met thereby ensuring client satisfaction.

‹#› OUR TEAM Mr. Sanjay a graduate in commerce since 1997 and having rich commercial experience of more than 12 years from running and expanding his own family electrical business, Sanjay brings unique skill set and capability to ensure that the construction sites of the Company are running at optimal efficiency. He has been with SPD since 2010 and is primarily responsible for ensuring that Clients are satisfied with the output and performance of the Company. Sanjay Jalan Director Sanyam Khaitan Director Mr. Sanyam a graduate from Singapore Institute of Management, Sanyam has previously worked for HSBC prior to joining SPD in 2015. He plays an important role in the form of heading the purchase department wherein his responsibilities include procuring the best quality building materials thereby ensuring that quality is not compromised under any circumstances. He has gained valuable hands-on experience in the past few years which has helped him to develop systems that ensure competitive prices, proven quality, fastest turnaround time and minimal inventory costs eventually resulting in lower costs and better quality for our Clients.
