LOCATION RAJASTHAN It is a state in northern India. It covers 342,239 square kilometres or 10.4 percentage of India's total geographical area.. It is largest Indian state by area and 7 th largest by population. It is on India's northwest side, where it comprises most of the wide and inhospitable Thar desert. NAGALAND It is a landlocked state in the North-eastern region of India. Its capital city is Kohima and its largest city is the Dimapur . The state has an area of 16,579 square kilometres with a population of 1,980,602 making it one of the smallest state.

LANGUAGE RAJASTHAN There are a total of 19 different languages spoken in Rajasthan. Hindi is the official language of the state, while Rajasthani is the regional language. Other languages spoken in Rajasthan include Sindhi, Marwari, Mewari, etc. NAGALAND There are a total of 20 languages spoken in Nagaland which include Ao , Angami , Chang, Konyak , Sumi, Phom . It’s official language is Indian English and Nagamese.

FLORA AND FAUNA RAJASTHAN Rajasthan is a home to a remarkable variety of flora and fauna. The flora and fauna of Rajasthan include over 2,000 distinct planet species, including the reselient jand trees, which thrives admits the desert’s harsh conditions, apart from over 87 mammal species,500 bird species, and numerous reptiles and fish which thrives in the dry habitats of the state. NAGALAND There are over a thousand species of orchids in India and Nagaland alone has about 360 orchid species. There are about 71 bamboo species,12 cane species and 41 allied species,346 lichens and 103 Red data plants. The faunal diversity include about 67 common wild animals, 519 bird species and 149 fish species and a number of reptiles and amphibians.

FOOD RAJASTHAN Rajasthan cuisine is influenced by its rich heritage and arid climate conditions. The little availability of fresh fruits and vegetables distinguishes their cuisine. Some iconic and delicious food of Rajasthan include Dal Bati Churma , Mohan Thaal , Mawa Kachori , Kalakand , Ghevar and many more. NAGALAND Naga food is considered spicy due to their love for the most famous king chilly. Its food is known for its variety and simplicity. Some famous foods of Nagaland include Zutho , Bamboo shoot, Bushmeat , Aikibeye , Akini , Samathu and many more.

MUSIC AND DANCE RAJASTHAN Rajasthan is famous for its special entertainment communities whose profession is to entertain people with their dance and music performances. Some of the famous dance forms of Rajasthan are Ghoomar , Fire dance, Drum dance, Kachhi ghodi , Kathputli , Chari, Raas dance, Gangaur dance, etc. NAGALAND Music and dance play a huge role in Naga culture and any event won’t conclude without a folk dance.For instance, the major folk dances of Nagaland include Modse , Agurshikukula , Butterfly dance, Aaluyattu , Changai dance, Kuki dance, Mayur dance, etc.

TRADITIONAL DRESSES RAJASTHAN Colourful clothing, heavy ornaments and designer dresses are the identity or Rajasthan. Rajasthani dresses for men are Pagdi , Angrakha , Dhoti. Traditional dresses for women are Ghaghara and choli and Odhni . NAGALAND Nagaland also have many traditional dresses which are the beauty of that state. Some of the dresses include Alungstu , Kilt, Shawl, Azu Jangup Su, Mechala , Neukhro , Moyer tusk and a lot more.

FAMOUS FESTIVALS RAJASTHAN Rajasthan have a variety of famous festivals which are celebrated with great interest. Some of the festivals are Kite festival, Nagaur festival, Gangaur festival, Elephant fair, Teej , Brij holi , Marwar festival, Diwali, Kota adventure festival,etc . NAGALAND Nagaland also have a number of iconic famous festivals which include Hornbill festival, Naga festival, Aoleng festival, Sekrenyi , Mimkut , Bushu , Moatsy festival, Nazu festival, etc.
