RRA(RapidRuralAppraisal)
•Thetechniqueessentiallyinvolvesaninformal,rapid,exploratory
studyofaspecifiedgeographicalareadesignedtoestablishan
'understanding'oflocalagriculturalconditions,problemsand
characteristics.
•Theycanprovidebasicinformationonthefeasibilityofbeginninga
surveyprojectinanarea,particularlywhenoneisintendingto
surveyanareaaboutwhichlittleisknown.

ideaofRRAistoratherquicklycollect,analyzeandevaluateinformation

•ComparedtoRRAwhichmainlyaimsatextractinginformation,PRA
