Pravin Kumar Rai, CEO of RSIP Telecom Pvt Ltd., is one such leader. With over
23 years in telecom and a degree in Electronics & Telecommunication
Engineering, Pravin began his career as an RF and Transmission Engineer before
becoming Network Planning Head. In 2023, recognizing the rigid systems and
unmet needs in the industry, he launched RSIP to offer more flexible, efficient,
and customized services.
Today, he leads the company’s strategy, network planning, and
execution—including 4G/5G rollouts, turnkey tower projects, IoT services, and
telecom operations. Under his leadership, RSIP has become a trusted name
across five Indian states, grown its team by 60% in 18 months, retained 100% of
its clients, and achieved consistent 12% revenue growth. With strong alliances
and on-time infrastructure delivery for BSNL in Bihar, Orissa, and Karnataka, the
company is shaping India’s next-gen telecom landscape. From Engineer to Entrepreneur
Pravin Kumar Rai completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication
