7. Possessive pronouns replace possessive nouns or phrases Please don’t move that car. It’s  mine . ( Mine  replaces  my car )

8. Verbs Action verbs : I go to school. Linking /state verbs: She is my friend. I love music.

9. MODIFIERS: adjectives ADJECTIVES: There are rare species of birds in the forest. I like that dress. We have three bedrooms.

10. MODIFIERS: adverbs They beautifully decorated the apartment for Thadingyut . She was completely confused. I read a lot.

11. A Preposition is a link between a noun (pronoun) and another word This is the University of Myanmar. We were walking along the street. I need to buy some furniture for the living-room.
