3. Location scouting Location scouting sheets are used to identify where I will be filming. It indicates if I will be filming inside and out. It explains the days of the week and how long I will be filming each time

4. As I am only using one person throughout my filming process , my personnel list ios quite short however it shows their role and contact details . Personnel list

5. Required equipment This is what I am going to need to produce my short film. It states what I need and if I have obtained it. I am trying to use simple equipment as I want to showcase filmmaking can be for everyone .

6. Location release This is my location release form mainly used to state where I will be filming. As I am filming in multiple locations I must state times and dates and sign, as this is my home it is proved by myself.

7. Contributors release form is used to show that the actor / personnel is consenting to be in the production. This means they are consenting to being in a public production. Contributors release form

8. Location 1 – Bead campus This is one of the places that I am going to be filming. I will be filming around a quarter of my short film here and throughout the campus.

9. Travel and costs When researching travel and costs, I have determined I am going to have to spend around £10. This will be covered on my behalf. As myself and the actor are travelling via public transport , we will have to make 5 trips to the selected locations Each stagecoach bus is £1 therefore for 2 personnel to and from the locations it will be myself covering the issued costs.

10. What will I be using ? I am going to be using my phone which is an apple iPhone 13 to film my project on. I will be using the cinematic camera Lense on my phone. I am also going to be using a phone tripod to try and get steady shots when filming as I am walking. This will help me follow the actor around steadily.

11. Script

12. This is my script for my short film. I have decided to show all of the scene changes and explain the camera angles. As this is my script the camera angles may not be exact , however it gives myself a secure plan for my short film. I have explained all the scenes. As it is a silent film there is no quotation marks as there wont be any talking but there is references to the music matching the scene. From my inspiration and my pre-existing research, I can see that many directors have made sure the music enhances the emotion as it aligns with the music. 13. Story board This is a small snapshot into how my short film will be scripted. I have included the 8 main shots I am including and the main points of my story. I have decided to show what order the shots are in as well. I feel as though it is important to do a story board as not only does it highlight key ideas but remind you of what needs to be filmed. This can also help for my personal planning as can plan what shots I can do each film session.
