Hello everyone, welcome to my presentation on how my life and activities changed before and during the pandemic. My name is Carlos Andrés, and I am a seminarian from Colombia studying Philosophy in Brasil . Let's begin with what I was doing before March 2020.
Before March 2020, I was living in a seminary in Bolivia, where I was studying Philosophy. I was also working pastorally in a private school and helping at the parish on weekends. Living with three priests and four other seminarians, my days were full of study and pastoral work. My main activities included studying Philosophy and teaching religion and human values at the school. The subjects were both challenging and rewarding. I was dedicated to my studies and my pastoral work, which kept me quite busy.
In my free time, I enjoyed playing football on Sunday afternoons. It was a great way to relax and bond with the other seminarians and priests. Our time together, whether playing sports or engaging in community activities, was always fulfilling. However, when the pandemic hit, everything changed. Social distancing meant that all in-person activities were suspended, and my studies went online. I continued teaching students virtually from home. Unfortunately, I contracted Covid and was hospitalized for several months. This forced me to suspend all activities and focus on my recovery."
Thank you for listening to my presentation. I hope it gave you a good insight into my life before and during the pandemic.
