¿ QUÉ ES EL ESTRÉS? M ecanismo que se pone en marcha cuando una persona se ve envuelta por un exceso de situaciones que superan sus recursos. Por lo tanto, se ven superados para tratar de cumplir con las demandas que se le exigen para superarlas. En estos casos, el individuo experimenta una sobrecarga que puede influir en el bienestar tanto físico como psicológico y personal.
