3. P ENGERTIAN Greetings merupakan ungkapan yang digunakan oleh seseorang untuk melakukan tegur sapa atau memberikan salam kepada orang lain.

4. PENGGUNAAN Salam dapat diekspresikan melalui ucapan dan gerakan /bahasa tubuh (berjabat tangan/bersalaman, mengangguk, cium tangan, cium pipi, melambaikan tangan.) , atau gabungan dari keduanya. S etelah mengucapkan salam biasanya diikuti dengan melakukan percakapan.
