To meet these demands, there is a need for advanced technologies that can optimize machining processes and monitor performance in real-time. The “Advanced CNC Machining Optimization and Monitoring System” is a comprehensive solution designed to enhance CNC machining operations by leveraging automation, data analytics, and machine learning techniques.
Project Objectives:- 1. Develop algorithms and methodologies for optimizing tool paths, machining parameters, and process control strategies to maximize efficiency and quality in CNC machining operations. 2. Integrate sensors and monitoring devices into Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to capture real-time data on machining parameters, tool condition, and environmental factors. 3.
