INTRODUCTION: The College Placement dashboard aims to create a centrilzed and independent Platform for hassle free placement drive by providing different features that Will ease the placement process. This will help students as well as CRC team to conduct the place - ment drive efficient and effectively.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: The traditional college placement process often involves manual and fragmented procedures, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of standardized information. Students struggle to keep track of job opportunities, submit applications, and navigate the complexities of the placement process. Similarly, faculty members face challenges in managing and coordinating placements for a large number of students. Recruiters also face difficulties in reaching out to potential candidates and accessing student profiles effectively. Missing the Mail. Lengthy Process Less knowledge about the company. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: The objective of the College Placement Dashboard project is to develop a robust, user-friendly, and feature-rich platform that addresses the aforementioned challenges and provides a holistic solution for college placements. By creating this dashboard, we aim to offer the following benefits:

FEATURES: Student Profiles : Maintain a database of student profiles that include relevant information such as academic records, skills, projects, internships, and personal details. Job/Internship Listings: Display a list of available job and internship opportunities for students to browse through. Include details such as the company name, job description, requirements, location, and application deadlines. Application Tracking: Allow students to track the status of their job or internship applications, including updates on whether they have been shortlisted, interviewed, or offered a position.

Company Profiles: Provide detailed information about companies visiting the campus for placements, including company descriptions, industry sectors, company culture, and employee testimonials. Resume/CV Builder : Offer a tool or template to help students create and format their resumes or CVs effectively. Provide suggestions and guidelines for tailoring resumes to specific job opportunities Interview Preparation: Provide resources and guidance for interview preparation, such as commonly asked interview questions, interview tips, and mock interview simulations. Alumni Network: Facilitate connections between current students and alumni who can provide guidance, mentorship, or job referrals. Include profiles of successful alumni and their career journeys.

Analytics and Reports: Generate data-driven insights and analytics on job placement trends, recruitment patterns, student performance, and industry-specific statistics. This information can help improve the placement process and identify areas for improvement. Notifications and Alerts: Send notifications and alerts to students regarding upcoming job fairs, campus interviews, application deadlines, and other relevant events. Resources and Training Materials: Provide access to career development resources, such as interview preparation guides, resume writing tips, online courses, and workshops to enhance students' skills.

TECHNOLOGY USED: Front-end Development: HTML (Hypertext Markup Language): Used for creating the structure and content of web pages. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets): Used for styling and designing the visual appearance of web pages. JavaScript : Used for adding interactivity and implementing client-side functionality.

Back-end Development: JavaScript : You can use Node.js along with frameworks like Express.js.

Database : You'll need a database to store student profiles, job listings, and other data. Common options include: MongoDB (a NoSQL database)

Web APIs and Integration: APIs: You may need to integrate with external APIs to fetch data, such as job listings, company information, or authentication services.

HTML PAGE 2: Based on the action selected by user the page will be directed to the second HTML page where there will be option to fill the details. EXAMPLE: USER SELECT STUDENT OPTION IN FIRST PAGE THEN : STUDENT LOGIN PAGE WILL APEAR LIKE THIS
