2. About… The FBD system is works in the principle of the forced convection process. A system in to which the heat is transfer from air or fluid medium from high temp. to low temp. is know as convection system. The input material is in the granular form and after the process dryer it gets into the powder form.

3. Its Working… The air sucked by the fluidized bed dryer is takes over the heater. These heater allow the air worm and dissipate over the bed having granular in it. These granular are then become in the form of the powder and then takes out from the filter bag.

5. Technical Aspects… There is automatic drying system with the timer. It contains the max. dryness area of the bed. There are 1 to 3 number of pneumatic cylinders. The amount of the air pressure is approx. 4kg/cm^2.

6. Its Application… They are applicable to max. the dryness factor. They are applicable for the industrial for filtering process. It provides optimum rate with low product loss.
