Additionally, it addresses key challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic fairness, and ethical considerations in AI-driven engagement. This paper explores the role of personalized AI in redefining alumni interactions, evaluates the technical and ethical challenges involved, and outlines future research directions to develop scalable, responsible, and adaptive AI-powered alumni platforms.
