SCHOOL LINGUISTIC PROJECT
Welcome to our linguistic project! We aspire to promote and celebrate the diversity
of language so that it empowers individuals and communities.

1. DEFINITION.

This is a global project to
improve the competence in
linguistic communication in
which the teachers of the
different areas and subjects, led
by the
management team and the
coordinator of the PLC.
A PLC must be implemented and
elaborated progressively,
since it is a multi-year project,
which is, It will take place over
three academic years.

The Resolution of August 31,
2022, of theGeneral Directorate
of Advanced Technologies and
Educational Transformation,
through which the
Call for Programs for Educational
Innovation regulated by the
aforementioned Instructions,
convenes the corresponding to
the 2022/2023 academic year.
Under of this Resolution, the
Program for Innovation
Educational Center Linguistic
Project corresponds to the P
Regulations in force.

2. OBJECTIVES.
- To promote the School Linguistic
Projects of the Center as a mechanism
inlinguistic communication of the
students.
Incorporate into the Educational Project
(PEC) a PLC adjusted to
their educational needs and approved by
the Senate and the
School Council.
- To promote the functional
methodological approach–
communication and the PBL
methodology from all areas,
as well as cooperative and collaborative
work and the
commitment to innovation in the
teachers´ staff.
- To Incorporate into the Educational
Project (PEC) a PLC adjusted to their
educational needs and approved by the
teachers´ staff and the School Council.
Local Dialects
Learn Malay, Tamil or Cantonese to immerse
yourself in Singapore's cultural tapestry.
3. TREATMENT PF THE LINGUISTIC
COMPETENCE. DIDACTIC ELEMENTS.
To develop and put into practice a PLC, are essential didactic contents that are related with four
basic axes:
a) Methodology for the
development of a
communicative approach
of teaching: didactics of the
linguistic skills of
production and reception,
oral and written.
b) Programming and
elaboration of didactic
sequences where are
integrated the curricular
contents of the areas and
the
development of language
skills.
d) Incorporation of the
communicative contents to
the didactic planning of
each one of the areas.
c) Approach to the evaluation
of the linguistic competence
from different curricular areas.

4. TREATMENT OF THE LINGUISTIC
COMPETENCE. WORK LINE.
Every School Linguistic Project can be articulated around to a series of lines of work, which
present evident connections to each other:

Orality Plan.

Reading Plan, in
coordination with
the School Library
of the center.

Writing
improvement plan
through the
curriculum.

Integrated
Language
Curriculum (CIL)
and Learning
Integrated Course
of Contents and
Foreign
Languages ​​(CLIL)
in
bilingual centers.

The CCL and
attention to
diversity in all
areas.

ICT at the service
of improving
competence in
linguistic
communication.

5. ACTION PLAN.
Approved the request and informed the
teachers´staff about the participation of
the school in the Program, will be
established
immersion strategies in its dynamics,
especially with the participating teachers
of new incorporation, a PLC commission
will be constituted and a time to
diagnosis and planning.
A) Introduction and description of the
starting situation.
B) Specific objectives that are expected
to be achieved.
C) Lines of work to be addressed.
D) Schedule of actions and tasks
contextualized with indication of the
teaching staff responsible for them.
E) Strategies and work methodology
(calendar of meetings, use of
collaborative tools, involvement and
commitments of the Cycles, guidelines
and Strategies for approaching activities,
tasks, and projects work with students,
etc.).
F) Specific Training Project.
G) Measures, procedures and monitoring
indicators and
assessment.
