INTRODUCTION:- Water is a basic necessity of all living beings and there is plenty of water on earth which is not suitable for human use. wastes like bottles, plastic cans, thermocoles, rubbers, garbage's etc. are thrown directly onto the drainage channel and cleaning it time to time is a challenging issue for the municipality officers. The biggest impact of cleaning the drainage waste can cause respiratory and skin diseases due to the harmful chemicals and toxins. Adding to this the drainage waste is responsible for breeding of more mosquitoes and hence causes diseases like malaria and dengue. So, in order to avoid these kind of serious problems ,this special robot is introduced which cleans the drainage with simple mobile control. These kinds of machines operate based on the application of electronics and mechanical which is collectively termed as mechatronics. It promotes blockage free drains promoting continuous flow of drain water and relatively reduces the flooding of drains.

LITERATURE REVIEW:- Ganesh U L and others showed the usage of mechanical drainage cleaner to replace the manual work required for drainage cleaning system. Drainage pipes are very dirty. Sometimes it is harmful for human life while cleaning drainage system. To overcome this problem, they implemented a mechanical semi-automatic drainage water cleaner and so the water flow is efficient because of regular filtration of wastages with the help of that project. Different kinds of environmental hazards are reduced with the help of Drainage Cleaning Machine. James C. Conwell, G. E. Jhonson proposed the design and construction of a new test machine configuration that offers same advantages over the traditional one. The new machine and attendant instrumentation provide more realistic chain loading and allow link tension and roller sprocket impact monitoring during normal operation. The incorporation of idle sprocket allows independent adjustment of test on length and preload.

COMPONENTS:- CHASSIS SPROCKETS MOTOR SHAFT BEARINGS CHAIN MESH WITH LIFTER COLLECTING BIN MICRO CONTROLLER MOBILE APPLICATION SOFTWARE ELECTRONIC MOTOR DRIVER BATTERY

CONSTRUCTION AND WORKING:- It consist of battery connected to a DC motor. The chain revolves with the sprocket wheel as it is driven by motor. When motor runs, the chain starts to circulate and it makes the mesh with lifter to move upwards. The wastage material are lifted by mesh and the lifter teeth and stored in the collector bin which is placed in the back side of the machine. The rotation of the chain is controllable which is controlled with the help of Mobile Application which is connected to a Bluetooth module and microcontroller where we stores the programmed of instructions. Once the collecting bin is full, the waste materials are removed from the collector bin.

OBJECTIVES:- To protect the general health, and welfare of the residence of the region. To minimize property damage from flooding. To minimize the water quality degradation by limiting the amount of sediment generation and erosion of channels. To manage the stream and drainage channel corridors to maintain environmental diversity and to protect building and facilities from damage by channel erosion. To minimize feature operating and maintenance expenses.

ADVANTAGES:- Cleaning system is easy to operate and cost of production is low Reduces threat to human life Manual assistance is not required Highly efficient Compact and portable Requires less power This system is time saving Large amount of garbage is collected and sent for recycling

DISADVANTAGES:- Possibility of rusting of iron soon Requires machine as per the drainage channel size Cannot withstand higher loads It can only able to clean the solid waste only

PLAN OF ACTION:- Survey over drainage system of Amalapuram and nearby areas and collect the drainage system data from Amalapuram municipality and also ask them the problems that they are facing in drainage system which we will use as a reference for our project. Design of individual components as per the data's with exact dimension using Solid Works software. Assembly of designed components with the help of Solid Works Assembly Design window. Motion Analysis and Animation study on Solid Works. Fabrication of the project as per the Design and Assembly of the components. Developing of Mobile Application for controlling of our Project. Finally placing the project in any of the suitable drainage system nearby and checking the work efficiency.

REMAINING WORK:- Engaging the mesh in between the chains along with the lifters. Linking the electronic components in the machine in order to make it Automation. Placing the final finished project in any of the suitable drainage system and check the work efficiency.

CONCLUSION:- Thus, this drainage cleaning system helps in decreasing the spread of diseases due to direct human intervention into the sewage. The machine will function more effectively during the heavier rains which had more volume of running water with garbage and high velocity. Hence, this project is based on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan  ( SBA ) in making the nation clean and healthy.
