Leadership Experience • Curriculum Writer- Served on District Curriculum Development Committee for Science, Math, and PA Core ELA Standards. Responsibilities included: o Ensuring content was developmentally appropriate, matched to state and national standards and correlated with other grade levels o The committee assisted in the selection of instructional materials o Staff development related to the new curriculum • Member of the School Data Team- Responsibilities included: o Analyzing state and district assessment data, identifying trends in data school-wide, sub-groups and by grade level o Identifying and analyzing student and staffing needs, developing an improvement plan in order to meet AYP o Assisting in the transition to an RTII school model.
