Product vision - outline of where the product is headed in the future Strategy - breakdown of how exactly the organization plans to hit each of the targets outlined on the roadmap Goals - defined project objectives that are time-bound Timing - timing to ensure project progress can be tracked as time goes on Tracking Metrics - definite metrics for determining when a target has been achieved i.e burn down charts Etc Status Tracking - to know when they’ve been planned, when they’re in progress, and when they’re completed
How do we create Product road Map Define strategic Goals – need to define what strategic goals to achieve finally Establish Product priorities – need to establish what are our product priorities to develop Prioritize Product priorities – prioritization Develop Road Map – this is called product road map Share Map – this has to share to the team ( I have pasted some screen shots for better understanding )
